Welcome to AimRig.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.


1. General Information

AimRig.com is an online store specializing in gaming accessories and peripheral gear.

We sell non-electronic items only, such as cases, protective films, controller caps, bags, grips, and other gear compatible with major gaming consoles and handheld devices.


2. Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicion of fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or violations of our shipping or product policies.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A tracking number will be provided after the package is dispatched.


3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturer updates or regional differences.

All products are sold as accessories, and do not include any electronic devices, batteries, or chargers unless explicitly stated.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via KazPost Airmail.
  • Flat rate: $22 USD
  • Free shipping: on orders over $199 USD
  • Estimated delivery times vary by country (details in our Shipping & Payments page).

We do not offer shipping through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar courier services.

AimRig.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other international transit conditions.


5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international logistics, all sales are considered final unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. Approved cases may receive a replacement or partial refund.

We do not accept returns based on shipping delays or buyer’s remorse.


6. Payments

We accept credit and debit cards via secure payment gateways.

For bulk orders (over $500 USD), bank transfer is available upon request.

Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.


7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

No customer information is shared or sold to third parties.


8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or issue related to your order, we encourage you to contact us at hello@aimrig.com before taking any external steps. We are committed to addressing all concerns in a timely and fair manner. Most disputes can be resolved amicably through direct communication. Should further resolution be required, we may seek to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


9. Limitation of Liability

AimRig shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to delays, loss of use, or incompatibility with third-party devices.
